Control Steps
| Before quotation | Check product name, model, rating, drawing, material, standard and application to reduce wrong-price or wrong-model risk. |

| Before production | Confirm specification, label, packing method, certificate needs, project batch and delivery schedule. |
| Before shipment | Review quantity, appearance, dimensions, accessories, carton marks, pallet condition and export document consistency. |
Technical review
Drawings and photos are checked before quotation when model names alone are not enough.
Batch consistency
Mixed accessory orders are organized by product family, packing unit and shipment batch.
Shipment readiness
Labels, cartons, pallets, wooden cases and shipping marks are checked against export requirements.
